Light Electric Train

The Light Electric Train in Egypt is a light railway project powered by electricity, designed to transport passengers across the Cairo, Qalyubia, and Sharqia governorates. The train connects new cities in East Cairo, such as Al-Salam, Al-Obour, Al-Mustaqbal, Al-Shorouk, New Heliopolis, Badr, 10th of Ramadan, Al-Rubayki, and the Capital Gardens, to the New Administrative Capital. The train intersects with the third line of the subway at Adly Mansour Station in the city of Al-Salam and crosses with the monorail at the Arts and Culture City Station in the New Administrative Capital. It also connects to the high-speed electric train at the central station in the New Administrative Capital.

The Light Electric Train in Egypt is a light railway project powered by electricitConstruction work is currently underway in the Central Business District of the New Administrative Capital, which includes 20 towers with various activities, including residential, administrative, commercial, and services. In October 2020, concrete pouring was completed for four towers: C05, C06, and C08. The project spans an area of approximately 1.71 million square meters (195 acres), with a total built-up area above ground of 1.24 million square meters and an underground area of 465,000 square meters. The first phase includes the “Eastern Central Business District,” which covers an area of 520,000 square meters.y, designed to transport passengers across the Cairo, Qalyubia, and Sharqia governorates. Water Treatment Plant in New Alamein City
